I — Legal relationship

These terms constitute a binding agreement between Potoo—the operator of Iris AI—and anyone who uses Iris. Continuing to use Iris means you consent to abide by these conditions.

II — Iris license scope

Limited license: Potoo grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to leverage Iris workflows for lawful business messaging and automation outcomes.

Intellectual property: Iris models, training assets, orchestration logic, brand assets, and source code remain owned by Potoo. Reverse engineering weights or circumventing quotas is forbidden.

III — Outputs and disclaimers

Ownership: subject to respecting third-party rights, you retain rights to Outputs generated solely from your inquiries.

Hallucinations: Iris is probabilistic. Potoo disclaims reliance on hallucinated outputs and limits liability stemming from misplaced trust in AI summaries.

Privacy & data safeguards

Potoo aligns with GDPR, EU AI Act 2026, and regional equivalents for Iris subscribers.

Prompt handling

AES-256 (or successor ciphers) protect prompts and attachments at ingestion.

Personal prompts are excluded from foundational model tuning unless explicit opt-in is enabled.

Deletion & forgetting

You may erase interaction history hosted by Potoo. We purge within thirty (30) days of authenticated requests absent legal holds.

No data brokerage

Processors such as hyperscale clouds only receive ciphertext under strict subprocessors agreements—they cannot monetize conversational content.

Limits & governing courts

Total liability for Iris-related disputes is capped at fees paid within the six months preceding any claim.

Iraqi law applies; Baghdad courts adjudicate unresolved disputes referencing these terms.

Fair use policy

1 — Purpose

We protect fair access for every clinic or hospital team using Iris-connected channels.

2 — Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Launch automated probing, credential stuffing, or scrapers without written approval.
  • Attempt jailbreak prompts that extract model secrets or degrade safety filters.
  • Generate illicit health advice lacking licensed practitioner oversight.
  • Circumvent account sharing bans or abuse promotional credits.

3 — Limits

  • Potoo reserves throttling tiers per workspace to protect shared APIs.
  • Repeat violations may temporarily suspend ingestion until remediation occurs.

4 — Enforcement

We may notify you, impose cooling-off periods, or terminate workspaces that threaten platform integrity.

Intellectual-property ownership

Engine ownership

Interfaces, dashboards, onboarding flows, and trademarks remain exclusively owned.

No license conveys ownership—you receive access only.

Inputs you contribute

You warrant you have lawful rights over patient or customer uploads.

You authorize Potoo to process uploads solely for delivering contracted features while honoring privacy pledges.
